    The direction of rotation can only be changed in the factory. Therefore please assure that you state the desired direction of rotation and the direction of the nozzle port as per the size chart sheet when ordering! Standard design of the pump for two pipe installation, design for one pipe installation can be changed individually (see Operation Installation and Maintenance Instructions). All hp-oilburner pumps series PON can be equiped with electric heating, serie H3, at the factory.

    Oil Burning Systems
    As oil burner pumps, closed circular pipe and transfer pumps for all fuel oils EL, L, M, S, ES, coaltar oils, lignite tar, oils, biofuels, kerosene.

    In addition to the applications and pumping mediums mentioned here, hp industrial pumps are used in many other industries – pumping a wide variety of different mediums.

     

    Material:

    Advantages:
    Pump casings are made of hydraulic cast iron (GG 25); rotor is of CK 70; pinion is of 16 Mn Cr 5; axial face seal of cast iron/coal; up to 150°C Viton.



     

     
    Self-priming, self-lubricating, practically non-pulsating, quiet-running, practically maintenance-free, pressure proof and vacuum-tight Shaft seals.

    max permitted suction pressure on suction of the connection of the pump is -0,6 bar.
    Caution! Gas secretions arise already at -0,4 bar.
